1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Haul ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Haul is an iOS application that uses AI to identify clothing items from screenshots and photos and helps users find matching products from online retailers. Haul does not sell products directly. We provide links to third-party retailers where products can be purchased.

3. Account Registration

To use Haul, you must create an account using email, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app

5. Intellectual Property

The Haul app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Haul and protected by intellectual property laws. Product images and information displayed in search results belong to their respective retailers and brands.

6. Third-Party Links & Retailers

Haul provides links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of product information, pricing, or availability on third-party sites
• Your transactions with third-party retailers
• The content or privacy practices of third-party websites

Any purchases you make are between you and the respective retailer, subject to their terms and conditions.

7. AI-Powered Results

Haul uses AI to identify and match clothing items. Results are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that:

• Every item will be correctly identified
• Matched products are identical to the scanned item
• Prices shown are current or accurate

8. Price Alerts

Price alerts are provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of price change notifications. Prices are determined by third-party retailers and may change without notice.

9. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including scan history, favorites, and price alerts. This action cannot be undone.

10. Limitation of Liability

Haul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
